Please note that:
- UBC memberships are non-transferable
- UBC membership dues are non-refundable
- Membership card must be presented for member rights and benefits
- Membership card shall be accompanied by a valid picture ID for verification purpose
- Replacement of lost or stolen membership card will be $5.00 per occurance
- Membership card is to be surrenderred upon expiration of membership
